We recommend booking at least 2–5 business days in advance, especially on weekends. For end-of-month moves (popular dates), book 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your slot. We also accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows — just call us!
Absolutely. We supply all necessary packing materials including boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape. If you’re opting for our packing service, everything is included. You can also purchase materials separately.
We charge by the hour based on the team size required for your move. There’s a minimum 2-hour booking. For larger moves, we can also offer fixed-price quotes. All prices include GST and truck — no sneaky add-ons.
While we specialise in Melbourne moves, we also handle interstate relocations, particularly within Victoria and to neighbouring states. Contact us with your details and we’ll provide a custom quote for interstate jobs.
In the unlikely event that something is damaged, our insurance covers it. We take extensive care and use protective materials on all moves, and we have a clear and simple claims process if anything does go wrong.
